Developments

With our daily work at the Emergency Response Centre we strive towards making it even easier for people to receive help. During the past few years, the emergency response service has developed quite a lot. We have adopted several modern technological solutions that help respond to emergency calls faster and better. The Emergency Response Centre implements various developments in cooperation with the IT and Development Centre at the Estonian Ministry of the Interior (SMIT).
